About the Project

Roaring Fork Club Cabins 52-64

In March 2017, the Roaring Fork Club Board of Directors and Partners approved moving forward with the development of 18 acres formerly known as the Arbaney Kittle Addition along the westerly and northerly edges of Hole #5 of the golf course.

Cabins 52 – 64 was initiated to meet the long time desire for larger homes within the Roaring Fork Club.  The project consists of 13 new cabins that provide for more bedrooms in customizable configurations, built to suit the needs of growing families.

  • 4 and 5 bedroom floor plans
  • Up to 4,000 sq. ft.
  • Delivered with a choice of Cabin Rustic and Mountain Contemporary interior finishes
  • Convenient location near golf, fishing and the member’s lodge
  • Project Completion expected Summer 2020
  • All available new cabins have been sold during the pre-development stage

Water, trees, mountains

Landscaping & Features

Cabins will be set within a rich, native Colorado landscape, with inspiring views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Groves of quaking aspen trees, stately ponderosa pines and Colorado blue spruce, as well as weeping willows will frame the spectacular vistas.

A series of rocky cascades and streams will lead into common ponds, bringing the tranquility of moving water to each cabin and fostering a sense of connection to the land.

Enduring, quality materials remain the hallmark of the Roaring Fork Club and will be integrated throughout the project, continuing to provide a feeling of rootedness and permanence.

Timeless and relaxed

Cabin Design & Specs

The cabins are elegantly designed with traditional and natural materials, timber framed porches and native stone. Designed by Aspen award-winning Poss Architecture + Planning Interior Design (the original architects of Roaring Fork Club Cabins, Pro Shop and Members Lodge), the cabins fit into the natural mountain environment in a way that is sensitive to the land and reflective of a relaxed, timeless way of living.

The cabin designs feature floor plans up to 4,000 square feet, with four to five-bedrooms ( or four-bedroom plus den), larger kitchens and living areas, enhanced natural light and extensive decks for outdoor living and entertaining.
